Letter of Property Owner Consent

I ____________________________, being the legal owner of the property located at address ____________________________________ in the town of _________________ in the state of ____, do hereby grant permission to Peak Protection Inc to install and service ( General type of equipment; Security, Fire, Home Theater, etc. )_________________________________________ equipment in the before noted property location. I state that I am not purchasing, nor required to provide compensation for, any of the intended equipment or services. I have reached a mutual agreement with the current tenant as to what will happen to this equipment in the event that the tenant relocates. I release Peak Protection Inc and all of their representatives from any claim for leftover wires or holes in the event that the equipment is removed. I understand that a certain amount of drilling of holes is required in the installation of wires and equipment, and accept that the installation is being performed by trained professionals and that disruption to property appearance will be kept to a minimum.
