Peak Protection Inc ( PPI )was founded by Russell S Freeman Jr. The centralized location in Henniker, NH allows PPI to provide reliable service to all of Southern and Central NH, including the seacoast. There is a vast population of residents and business owners located in the mountainous areas of Southern and Central NH that are to often overlooked by the "bigger" companies in this industry. To often large corporations focus their efforts on densely populated areas and all but ignore the numerous rural areas of our state. PPI is changing this very problem. We operate on a very simple "Customer Satisfaction" principle and theory. Our belief is that the needs for our products and services are self explanatory to many people. Reaching these people is the issue. Our feeling is that by using only very high quality and reputable equipment and professionally installing this equipment, the customers will stay satisfied. Satisfied customers tell other people about us. PPI is also dedicated to providing the customer with the service and or maintenance they need down the road and into the future. Russell Freeman has too often seen customers from other corporations trying to acquire additional services or even equipment, and only getting the run around.
