A recent home theater installation.

Here are the before pictures. This customer decided it was time for an upgrade to the audio/visual experiance in the home. For this upgrade the customer decided to purchase new furniture and paint the room as well as to have Peak Protection Inc upgrade the equipment.

These shots above are during construction. The 50 inch Pioneer plasma screen display is now powered up and standing on the very beutiful Sanus A/V stand designed for high end equipment.

Here the JBL surround speakers have been added. The customer chose to provide sound absorbtion through the use of a large area rug. The front speakers are a tower type and the center channel has been mounted on the wall directly over the television. The 12 inch powered subwoofer is standing in the corner to the right of the television.
Here are the guts to the system. On the left are the Harmon Kardon audio/visual surround sound reciever and DVD player. To the right is the DVR/High defenition cable box supplied by the local cable company. A DVD/VCR supplied by the customer is below that. In the center is the APC power conditioner. All equipment in the system is powered through this device to provide the cleanest power signal possible while giving the highest level of surge protection. It takes a lot of remotes to control all this, as shown in the picture on the left below.

That is until the Harmon Kardon un iversal Remote is programed (through your pc) to replace them all. Shown on the right, this remote provides one button activation of all theater equipment for everything from simple everyday tasks down to complex system operations.
Here are some additional photos of the speakers as well. As the pictures have shown, these speakers can be installed with or without the grill covers. This allows for them to meet your needs for decor.
